Malleab Journal is a personal project by Bekkhozha Diyas, designed to foster knowledge implementation in a world where people have easy access to large amounts of information on their phones, yet often do not benefit from it.

Malleab was created to break the habit of passive reading by presenting clear and understandable ideas with practical action steps, based on my own lived experience.
The primary focus of Malleab is applied psychology for daily life. These are tools that shape how you think and act to reach the outcomes you want.

My goal over the next few months is to build a digital library of applied posts so people can find a wider range of topics they are interested in and apply them in real life.
My second goal is to create a space for growth-minded readers to connect, where people can learn together, share their experiences, and stay consistent through support. Over time, this will include online sessions, community experiments, small projects, and optional surveys.
My last goal is to expand Malleab Journal beyond the website to other platforms, such as YouTube and Instagram, to increase visibility for the project.
